DON'T GET CAUGHT IN THE REPUGNICAN SPIN CYCLE!

Have u all missed it - have u totally missed the punch-line. McCain's entire angle, the Repugnicans angle this entire campaign  has been EXPERIENCE, EXPERIENCE, EXPERIENCE, especially in the area of foreign affairs and homeland security to which, undoubtedly he has that in the bag over Senator Obama. I have not heard a Repugnican supporter thus far give substantial fact or evidence that solidifies Governor Palin possessing any of these qualities. You Repugnican hypocrites say, "Well she has far more executive experience, and some have said she possesses more overall experience than that of Barack Obama. How bout I let my fellow “blinded” Americans off the hook on that non-fact and move abruptly to the point which is: How can you slander a man for not having experience to lead America from day 1 yet you give Kuddos to McCain for leaving the business and security of America (if God forbid, he becomes unable - which going by his age and past medical condition one would determine that the probability is higher for that to happen to McCain than Obama) to Palin who's only foreign policy or commanding experience is leading the Alaskan national guard or serving as an executive for over ten years to a staff of 50 and governing a fairly wealthy state with a population of 7,000. Are u really that moved America……Really?

Let’s applaud McCain for being a risk taker for choosing a woman to run beside him. I say ingenious as he has spun many of you with this one. There was a poll on CNN which asked the question of whether McCain chose a woman because of her experience or just to win the campaign and 75% voted, “To win the Campaign”. Yeah America, you are all wrapped up in it. The spin cycle has begun and you guys are taking the ride. He has the pro-women’s rights groups overjoyed simply because there is a woman running for a presidential appointment. You Evangelicals are taking the ride because Palin, by allowing supporting her daughter’s choice to keep the baby, stood up for the pro-life movement. This is not to be taken lightly, those are commendable qualities. I would love to be in the company of such a grounded and righteous individual and that is no comedy. Way to be but……Is that all America, I pose this particularly to American woman: Is that all? Are we so pressed to have a woman in office that we should rally behind Palin to be the appointed substitute for McCain?   The argument can be made that many African Americans are spun simply because Barak Obama, an African American is running for president. I can buy that but let’s do the math on the issues. You Repugnicans love to talk about the Issues. I list the top two issues pushed by the Repugnican Party, in my eyes, which I feel are poignant and important to changing America’s direction from where it has gone for the last 8 years.

#1 Foreign Policy: Barack Obama, although only in the Senate since 2004 has voted (displaying sound judgment) on many issues that have impacted America and Americans, from voting to renew global diplomacy which GWB has depleted in his term, to addressing and bringing attention to issues that face Africa, Russian and Israel and expressing his opinion on nuclear weapons testing and possession regulations…the list goes on. I heard a Repugnican on MSNBC demean his efforts as simply “voting” but not commanding. Is that a dis to all the Senators and Representatives that are key in making sound voting decisions on the direction America is to go on very pertinent issues. Now let’s take on Sarah Palin’s credentials on this issue…….I’m waiting, can u think of anything…..Oh yeah, one of her supporters said she commanded the Alaskan national guard…..C’mon America, laugh with me. I hear u. She just recently acquired a passport to leave the country, how worldly this woman is.

#2 Homeland Security and Commander in Chief:

Has Barack Obama ever led an army, a troop….NO. Has he been on the front line? No. We got that. One up for McCain!!! Heck, let’s give the old man 2 up. But let’s focus again on judgment. Obama, the believer, the ideologist, the hope of a renewed America has no commanding experience. But let’s review his judgment. Let’s focus on his choice for Joe Biden as a running mate who despite not having the misfortune of being a POW and not submitting to torture (No BS, all hat’s off to the virility and strength of John McCain – a true soldier) but a head to head competitor with McCain on this issue…..America are u still with me? Sounds like great judgment. What better a combination than a man of hope partnered and backed by a man of will, fight, military and Washington experience. COLOSSAL!!!! I have never known America, until GWB, to be run by one man. This country, if led correctly is run by many men of all factions of democracy making changes and decisions together.  Come on u right wing, Bible pledging conservatives; there were many great warriors / soldiers in the Bible who slew many men in the name of righteousness but that did not make most of them great leaders. The greatest men who made the biggest positive impact on lives and on earth in our Bibles have been men of hope and sound mind, men who wanted equality to all Americans, non-judgmental men with openness to correction and open to wisdom of others with a willingness to change opinions according to new knowledge. This man out of the two contenders is Barack Obama. So you have John McCain, let’s analyze his judgment. He himself has Homeland Security and Commander in Chief experience. Now who does he choose, not to run with him only….America, don’t get woozy while caught up in the spin cycle….this is the choice to take over for him if he shall need a replacement. According to the Repugnican angle which I repeat has been EXPERIENCE, EXPERIENCE, EXPERIENCE, he chooses Palin. How do u, my fellow Americans get on this train and ride……..? She has executive experience and a history of going up against even her own party when she felt things were going wrong. Well so did the 30 year Superintendant of Education out in Podunk County who constantly fought for the rights of students and teachers against the old administrations but you don’t see her or him being appointed to a PRESIDENTIAL office. Then u Repugnicans cry that America is being sexist and demeaning her role and experience. No America, don’t be spent, don’t be used as a tool, we should applaud her tenacity and steadfastness that she has displayed in her role as a mother and her current position and her rise up the Alaskan governmental ranks but that is not the question. Is she qualified to take over for McCain from day 1? Who will be her support on the issue of Homeland Security and Foreign Policy then? Oh, her team of knowledgeable party members right?? Well then if you say that, how truly unfit and unprepared is Barack Obama????

My fellow Americans, I drive this question home, are ok with her taking over in McCain’s place? Not because she is a woman. Not because America is hammering her because of the mistake her daughter made which could have happened to any woman at any age. Not because she has been an executive in Alaska for ten or more years running a state of 7,000. Is it just me America? Am I alone women of America? Are u that desperate to see a woman in power. I am a woman and I, not being a Repugnican or Democreature, am not that desperate. This is why no one takes us women seriously because we are led most times by our emotions and our hearts which is beautiful but it clouds our sound judgment. I can think of two Repugnican candidates, women, that would have been better suited for this position than Palin. I can think of at least 6 Repugnican men that would have been better suited for this appointment. Folks, she never left the country until recently, her supporting party on CNN gave support to her preparation for the job on how she sold a jet on Ebay - the other Republican supporter couldn't give Campbell from CNN one clear instance to which she gave a command that had a substantial impact, and when asked was this the best choice in the Repugnican party that McCain could have chosen, the question was repeated 7 times, no one on the panel could give a clear YES...are you guys that SLOW, that Weak that u completely ignore that this is so hypocrital to the foundation of the Repugnican angle.

I am neither Repugnican nor a Democreature because I feel as though there are warriors and shmucks in both parties.  I am only in my late twenties so I haven't been around long but I remember great Democrats like Clinton, Carter and the history of JFK. I also remember a great Republican carrying the last name Reagan. JFK was one with the ladies as with President Clinton and Reagen made a few mistakes but nevertheless they all were efficient and highly competent Presidents (some having military and commanding experience and some not) all of which did great things for America so I have no favor to a party.  What I favor are the "Realists" of America.  The people that can look pass the angles, b#@$h-assness, lies and propaganda; the Realists that know how to hold steadfast while the spin cycle is on.  I find as the years go by we Americans lose more and more Realists.  We get caught up in what I have been mentioning as "The Spin Cycle".  This is when blatant statements or angles are made and then when challenged they spin it on you and we Americans do like the clothes in a washer or driver and we let ourselves fall right in to the symphonic spin of it all without a care, without the use of our brains. Some would say, "Well that's Politics", well yes it is but do we get tossed around in the wash?  Do we get caught up in the whirlwind or do we stand firm on facts and demand truths and support of what is said to be fact?  No, we Americans these days get shoveled the bull and we suck it down a straw with nauseating ease.

Stand for a candidate, not simply because he or she possesses this plethora of experience in any issues but because the candidate has a history or making solid votes and solid decisions in which his judgment has the majority of the time been on the "right side".  Then couple that with the backing of a military enforcer. God sent out Moses before the warriors of Israel. God appointed Moses to lead the people but he could fight the war of righteousness without the army of Israel. On sound judgment how does McCain measure up to Obama? Do years matter??? Did the fact that golfer Jack Nicholson, who had been in the sport for years make him a winner over the young Tiger Woods. According to the Repugnicans angle, it should have…..but it didn’t. McCain made the judgment to take on Palin as his running mate after 15 minutes of talking with her (she doesn’t have to be a pal or a member of the “old boys club” but 15 minutes?). 15 minutes it took to really know a woman who is not known to America at all except for in Alaska????? McCain betted on Palin with knowledge of her daughters unwed pregnancy and Palin’s Troopergate investigation, coupled with her lack of true Washinton, National and Worldly experience. Was McCain displaying sound judgment???? I loved watching the Repug Convention when the spokeswoman referenced Palin and Sarah Pawlensky…. the heart sometimes speaks such Truth.

When I think of my choice for presidency I look to the Obama ideology which can be our reality, that he alone will not run this country as Bush did and McCain will.  He has good judgment that will be substantiated and backed by a lot of experienced and knowledgeable men, Democrat and Republican alike, all working together to make sound decisions on how America will move positively forward.  We have to admit that men like GWB and McCain have a very authoritarian way of running things.  At the end of the day, Bush did not look to his team to make decisions.  He came up with one of his LAME ideas, and if the team didn't agree, the heck with it, he was gonna override it.  McCain backed 95% of Bush's "bright ideas" which has America in the worst shape it has been.  9 TRILLION DOLLARS in debt. Obama has chosen a more than competent individual to take over in his absence that is an undisputed balance to the experience McCain possesses.  Now again, that is sound judgment people.  So not only can Biden cover the job from Day 1 but even if that does not occur, Obama has appointed a heck of a wingman.  Can you Repugnicans really say that of Palin?  Can u?  Really?  NO.  U can't and neither has one supporter or Republican campaign official.  Can u really say that there are not at least 8 to 10 other Republicans, inclusive of female candidates, that would have been a better choice than Palin?  Again, we are talking EXPERIENCE Repugnicans.  This is ur angle.  EXPERIENCE.  I challenge u Repugnicans to send a list of five (5) instances where Palin has made a sound and clear decision or command that has positively affected AMERICANS or AMERICA.  NOT just the state of Alaska. I repeat, NOT just the state of Alaska, once more because u Repugnicans love to hit start on the spin cycle, NOT just the state of Alaska; a state which barely knows poverty, which barely can contend with heavier populated regions which is proven to be more difficult and offer more roadblocks in the path of making substantial impacts.  I challenge u Repugnicans: somebody, make me change my thinking, inspire me, I emplore U.  I must say I have no faith that you can, I have no hope that a party that can move to impeach a great leader for "getting some knowledge" (for lack of being vulgar) but have not moved to impeach your current leader, that left thousands of Americans in Hurricane Katrina, feeling like they had no America backing them, the man responsible for putting America in greater debt than we have known in decades, the man who denied working with our Allies and UN resulting in a mass number of loss of American life and lives of supporting countries.   And we wonder why our surrounding countries shake there heads at us and take us for granted. Sad, so sad and Pathetic.....
